Title:  AHC - Veterinary Sales Advisor

Job Purpose and Impact

The AHC - Veterinary Sales Advisor (VSA) based at Goa, will participate in face-to- face promotion and sales of Pet Care products to Veterinary doctors and practitioners. He/ She must build relationships with Veterinary doctors, pharmacists, and other veterinary healthcare providers, ensuring they are informed about the latest products and advancements. He/ She also achieve sales targets, provide product information, and gather market feedback. 

Key Accountabilities

•    Presenting the features, benefits, and scientific data of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.  
•    Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to generate future sales and repeat business.
•    Meeting or exceeding sales targets for the assigned territory.  
•    Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products, including their usage, dosage, and potential side effects.  
•    Gathering and reporting market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer needs.  
•    Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.

•    Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions. 
•    Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
•    Graduation in any discipline (Science background preferred).
•    Should have a valid 4 wheeler driving license.

Preferred Qualifications
•    At least 2 years of sales and new business development experience in the Pet category in Goa.
•    At least 2 years of experience in increasing business growth, geographic expansion and profitability in the assigned territory.
•    Strong network with veterinary clinics and veterinary doctors in Goa.
•    Fluent in speaking English and Hindi. Fluency in Konkani is an added advantage.
