Business Enablement Internship:

The Business Enablement Intern will support business enablement and customer service teams by helping improve reporting, document key business processes, and providing transactional and operational support. This role offers exposure to customer service, supply chain operations, continuous improvement, and business analytics while contributing to projects that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and team effectiveness.

 

The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, maintain documentation, and support day-to-day operational activities.

Your Work:

  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing operational and customer service reports.
  • Analyze data and identify trends related to customer orders, inventory, shipments, and service performance.
  • Support the creation of dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility into business performance.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders.
  • Partner with team members to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering data, mapping processes, and tracking action items.
  • Participate in business improvement projects and special initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deliverables.
  • Present findings, recommendations, or project outcomes to stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned

Internship Details:

  • Interns are paid hourly for time worked. 
  • Interns are responsible for transportation to and from work. 
  • Interns who demonstrate outstanding performance and a curiosity to learn more may be offered an internship, co-op or full-time position to return the following year.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Agriculture, Data Analytics, Commerce, or a related field and expecting to graduate between December 2027 and May 2029
  • Able to complete a 16-week internship May - August 2027
  • Candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate for an internship opportunity in Winnipeg, MB
  • Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work optimally with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures 
  • Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance
