Job Purpose and Impact
The Bulk Truck Transportation and Logistics Coordinator will manage daily operations within an assigned region and focus on delivering exceptional customer service, fostering clear and proactive communication, and optimizing cost efficiency. In this this role is critical in ensuring our bulk deliveries are executed reliably, safely, and economically—while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, carriers, and customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyze and project transportation costs.
- Plan, control and implement processes related to materials and finished goods and movement.
- Perform data entry updates using spreadsheets and databases based on sales orders and contracts, interpret and analyze data and communicate results to more senior team members for further analysis.
- Evaluate, and foster ongoing relationships with external transport providers.
- Use comprehensive knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry to make recommendations to establish good customer relations.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience executing logistics activities that support the local supply chain.
- Experience conducting specialized transportation and logistics activities.
