Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Professional, OneStream Software Engineer job is responsible for building and enhancing business rules, dashboards, workflows, cube views, integrations, and extensibility solutions in OneStream. With minimal supervision, this job collaborates with cross-functional teams to define, design and implement new software features to meet user needs and business goals. This job also participates in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with software engineering team members.

The Finance Senior Engineer will be responsible for developing functionality in the OneStream platform in alignment with architecture and business processes and will work closely with different technology delivery teams and Finance stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

· Hands-on design, build and enhancements of business rules, dashboards, workflows, cube views, integrations, and extensibility solutions in the OneStream platform.

· Lead and provide guidance on design and technical planning in OneStream for corporate consolidation and planning software applications in accordance with software compliance standards.

· Partners with cross-functional team of product managers, designers and different engineers to gather complex requirements and deliver OneStream solutions that meet business needs.

· Collaborate with architects and other engineers to understand the Finance architectural landscape and make decisions regarding the best solution to meet Finance requirements

· Drive continuous improvement in OneStream software development and deployment processes in compliance with approved standards.

· Builds and maintains comprehensive documentation for complex software applications, deployment processes and system configurations.

· Provides technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues with deployed applications to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution

Qualifications

Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience with OneStream, Hyperion or other corporate consolidation and planning tools

· Experience developing in VB.NET, C#, SQL Server, and .NET technologies

· Strong previous experience with finance applications

· Knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes

· Knowledge of financial planning and analysis
