Job Purpose and Impact

The Finance Senior Analyst, CSP will generate analysis and insights to support group, enterprise and corporate needs and will create written materials and presentations that effectively foster a deep understanding of business performance to enhance decision making by the enterprise. In this role, you will contribute to prepare periodic deliverables and strategic ad-hoc analysis for the enterprise, working closely with the Enterprise Finance SVP and Group Finance Senior Directors, along with other key business stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

Create and communicate timely, accurate and consistent financial presentations, analysis, and insights to meet Corporate and Enterprise needs.
Develop ad hoc analysis and modelling for scenario planning, valuation and to evaluate key performance indicators.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, self-starter using business judgement.
Partner with peers in cross functional financial teams to achieve the finance strategy and strategic goals of the business or function and implement effective and efficient tools, models and reporting to deliver insights and ensure accuracy and transparency.
Provide input and identify opportunities to improve process, data and technology to drive standardization and simplification of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Identify key financial risks and communicate recommendations to key stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience with design, development and implementation of value-added business analytics
Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced data analytical skills using spreadsheets and business intelligence tools
Experience leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making

The expected salary for this position is $115,000 - 146,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
