Job Purpose and Impact
- The Security Engagement and Enablement Leader shapes and advances our core security services that empower Business Information Security Officers (BISOs) in enabling secure business operations across the enterprise. In this role, you will drive the development and management of critical capabilities such as risk reporting dashboards, risk analysis and assessment, continuous monitoring, secure solution design, and M&A risk management. You will also champion the evolution of Global Information Security Team’s engagement model to strengthen collaboration with stakeholders and lead initiatives to optimize internal processes for greater efficiency, consistency, and impact. Key Accountabilities
- ENTERPRISES & DIGITAL PARTNERS ENGAGEMENT: Leads engagement with enterprises and digital partners to assure solutions are safe.
- TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS: Leads the rapid development and testing of technology solutions on digital pods, assures appropriate implementation, communication and enforcement of policies and standards, identifies systemic compliance gaps and root cause resolution, and proposes improvement options, including cost benefit analysis.
- USER EXPERIENCE IMPROVEMENT: Leads continuous improvement of user experience and process excellence in cybersecurity.
- PERFORMANCE METRICS: Leads the preparation and communication of metrics related to business and functional performance against objectives and contributes to developing gap resolution plans.
- RISK REPORTING: Leads the design, development and continuous enhancement of enterprise risk dashboard that provide actionable insights to guide the improvements of the security posture.
- COLLABORATION: Cultivates collaboration with cybersecurity peers, external experts, industry consortia, and other internal and external teams to ensure all solutions are safe and business objectives are delivered.
- TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manages team members to achieve the organization’s goals, by allocating resources, ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
