Thursday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift))
Compensation: $25.63/hr

Principal accountabilities:

• Operate, maintain and adjust all processing equipment
• Perform operator level maintenance and troubleshooting
• Compliance to safe work rules, good housekeeping & good manufacturing practices
• Compliance to all relative FSQR and HACCP programs to include documentation, sample retention and accurate, timely data entry
• Safe and proficient operation of powered hand jacks and other PIT's
• Supporting of other departments as required
• Monitor equipment, operate control, process samples and adjust machine processes using selectivity and complex decision making, utilize computer systems to input and record data and support others
• Sets up and operates control systems or a series of machines requiring interaction of several moderate to complex variables and often is considered the relief position for all production operations
• Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by managementred

Required Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
•  Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays with advance notice
• Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)?
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
•    High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of two years relevant work experience
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
•    Forklift experience and/or similar equipment
