Job Purpose and Impact
Job Type: Full Time
Shifts available: Split shift and 3rd shift
Compensation: $20.00/hr plus shift differential
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500

Key Accountabilities
Principal Accountabilites:
- Operation of packaging system and related equipment
- Cross training in Bulk/Mini Bulk/Pallets/Shipping
- Operation of forklifts and warehouse management systems
- Miscellaneous packaging/mini bulk/warehousing/housekeeping/maintenance duties as assigned
- Operation of label printers and stretch wrapping equipment
- Monitoring bins and working with dryer operator
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
- Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable
- Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc.
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Basic use of a computer
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a production or plant environment
- Forklift experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Inventory Systems
