Job Purpose and Impact
As part of the global Cargill Specialized Portfolio Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Consultant will utilize a consultative and strategic approach to attract, source and hire industry leading commercial talent within Poland and EMEA. The Talent Acquisition Consultant provides excellent experiences for the candidates and hiring managers, all while ensuring a compliant process.
We offer the possibility to work primarily remotely after the implementation period. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will work closely with their leader and stakeholders to define a suitable hybrid work schedule.
Key Accountabilities
- STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Develops and executes recruiting strategies by researching and applying understanding of business industry trends, external labor market insights and recruiting best practices.
- CONSULTATIVE RECRUITING: Partners with business stakeholders to continuously gather inputs on needed recruitment and talent pipelining. Executes full cycle recruiting including candidate pipelining and sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, process documentation, compliance management and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred HR or psychology) and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in recruiting.
- Fluent Polish with a good understanding of the local market.
- Fluent English – daily work with a global team, including direct manager.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting experience in the animal nutrition industry.
- Strong command of direct sourcing techniques, with proven experience in applying them effectively in practice.
- Confirmed experience in talent acquisition digital tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SuccessFactors Recruiting Module.
- Work experience in a corporation with a matrix structure.
