Principal Accountabilities
- Operate production equipment by starting up, running, monitoring, and adjusting machines to maintain product quality
- Set up machines and perform basic changeovers following established procedures
- Complete production, safety, and quality checks by tracking information manually or electronically
- Assist with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, escalating issues when needed
- Perform job duties in a fast paced, cold, or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested
- Follow all food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and product integrity
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English as required for safety and documentation
- Basic math and computer capability to complete production and quality checks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments
- Previous experience operating production or warehouse machinery
- Familiarity with basic preventative maintenance or machine troubleshooting
- Work history in the last 12 months
