Principal Accountabilities

Follow make sheet to ensure head count is properly entered into fab floor
Communicate with sales cooler to ensure we have correct supply
Work with other employees to help ensure make sheet is followed

Required Qualifications

Work in a cold environment 32-65 degrees
Able to go up and down stairs
Able to lift 50 pounds or more
Able to work on 2nd shift
Work in a fast pace environment
1 or more years of experience in production
Basic understanding of computers
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
Read, write and speak English
Ability to understand a make sheet

Preferred qualifications

High school degree or GED equivalent
Experience reading and following a make sheet
Demonstrated leadership skills
Bilingual (English, Spanish, Somali or Burmese)
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
