Principal Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory team
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing important documents and records related to food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of databases related to food safety and quality
  • Monitor and order office supplies, as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain efficient office procedures
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the team's projects and initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedure
  • Assist in other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor


Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to work in the US without an humanitarian Parole status related to Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua or Venezuela which is subject to the Federal Register Notice of revocation by DHS on March 25, 2025
  • Able to read, write and speak English
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalences
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office software (MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Acceptable attendance record (up to the discretion of the Company; internal only)

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Beef processing Experience
  • QA or Supervisory Experience
  • Test and hold/Lab experience
  • Bi-lingual (English, Spanish, Somali)
