Job Purpose and Impact

The Director Talent Acquisition – Finance is responsible for leading a global team of recruiters that will attract and hire top-tier professionals of all banded levels for a specific talent segment within Finance. The TA Director will translate global TA strategies into actionable regional plans, developing execution frameworks to drive results. This role will be both strategic and forward-thinking, while also effectively managing recruiter performance to achieve success metrics. Successful candidates will have experience in financial recruitments, talent acquisition strategy, and building relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, candidates and HR team. Strong leadership and communication skills, along with a proven track record in team management are essential. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to influence across a large team will be critical to success.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop a global talent acquisition plan for assigned talent segment, including initiatives to attract, source, and hire top-tier finance professionals for company enterprises at all banded levels.
- Lead the sourcing strategy for assigned talent segment to attract top talent, assisting in defining strategy, developing tools, and building cohesion, including proactive sourcing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Assist in identifying and operationalizing recruitment channels and techniques, including social media, networking events, and industry partnerships to attract passive candidates for key geographies and talent segments within the region.
- Contribute to the improvement of the end-to-end talent acquisition processes and technology, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Help develop regional talent acquisition policies, processes, and legal requirements to align with local laws, regulations and company standards, and collaborate with the Total Rewards team on compensation strategies to ensure market relevance in offers.
- Collaborate with the employer brand team to develop and implement regional talent attraction strategies, messaging, and campaigns.
- Manage hiring efforts and assist in collaboration across early career/university and executive positions, ensuring successful results are achieved.
- Assist in developing, reporting, and influencing robust metrics to measure team’s effectiveness and overall capability; identify trends, successes and areas of improvement for performance enhancements.
- Provide leadership, development and talent management for direct reports, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, and training.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Confirmed experience in regional talent acquisition strategy, candidate pipeline development, research and a variety of talent attraction and engagement methods, processes and tools.
- Confirmed experience in recruiting technology and tools as well as talent acquisition digital tools.
- Minimum of five years of related work experience, three years of supervisory experience.
- Must have flexibility to work across multiple time-zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience recruiting within high performing and winning finance talent acquisition teams.
- 3+ years of leadership and proven ability of building high-performing and engaged global teams.
- Human resources or talent management certificate.
- Proven track record of successfully leading regional talent acquisition strategy, candidate pipeline development, research, and execution across a variety of talent attraction and engagement methods, processes and tools for finance professionals.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders as well as influence key stakeholders across the talent segment.
- Experience supporting a workforce transformation and/or high-volume hiring projects.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and other HR technology tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Adept with leveraging data to drive KPIs/metrics, including determining, measuring, elevating, and monitoring performance on a regular basis, develop actions/plans based on outcomes and story tell leveraging data.
