Job Purpose and Impact

The Maintenance Repair Operations Storeroom Supervisor  will supervise the management and control of maintenance, repair and operations warehouse materials within the organization. In this role, you will oversee a team that executes maintenance activities to meet the facility's needs. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Plan and prioritize material and obsolescence management as well as maintain condition strategies to provide operational effectiveness.
  • Execute storeroom processes associated with receiving, inventory and dispatching for both internal and external locations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contract adherence related to maintenance repair and operations stores activities.
  • Ensure all maintenance repair and operations materials are in optimum conditions.
  • Improve collaborations with maintenance processes for smooth work management integration.
  • Provide feedback on process and continuous improvement activities.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum requirement of 1 year relevant work experience. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Operations planning, safety and quality ownership
  • Knowledge of safety principles and methodologies
  • Lean six sigma
  • One year of supervisory experience
