Job Purpose and Impact
The Account Manager will drive sales growth by managing key customer accounts, primarily within the cruise industry. You’ll build strategic customer relationships and deliver tailored solutions that reflect the company’s values and support long-term profitability. This role includes responsibilities in contract management, bid processes, inventory oversight, and purchasing strategy, while working closely with internal stakeholders to optimize operations. Success in this fast-paced, market-driven environment requires excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Key Accountabilities

Align with customer partners to sell products, quoting and negotiating product pricing within pricing function guidelines, while developing and executing customer sales strategies that meet customer goals and align with company objectives.

Coordinate customer order processing and process customer orders while managing overall order fill rates and on-time delivery service to ensure timely and reliable service.

Coordinate inventory management and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product availability and service reliability.
Gather, monitor, and communicate channel, market, customer, and competitive intelligence, and interact with the team to support strategic planning and pricing decisions.

Support sales leadership by managing contracts and risk mitigation in partnership with pricing and trade promotion teams, and resolve and coordinate the investigation of claims and disputes.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid drivers license in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in the cruise industry or related sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Proven experience in the protein industry and market analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and B2B sales
