Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Director, CTC Food NA, leads the execution of both tactical and strategic plans to minimize the organization’s credit risk while maximizing cash flow and operational efficiency across the Credit to Cash cycle. This position is responsible for overseeing credit, collections, and dispute management activities, including creditworthiness assessments, credit portfolio management, counterparty relationship management, and credit reporting.
The role establishes, governs, and continuously improves credit, collections, and dispute resolution processes, ensuring timely collections, effective dispute resolution, and strong collaboration with commercial and operational teams. This leader drives the implementation of robust credit controls, policies, and performance metrics to support the organization’s financial health, liquidity, and risk management objectives.
Additionally, leads and develops a high-performing team, promotes continuous improvement and process standardization, and ensures compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Key Accountabilities
CTC STRATEGY & PROCESS LEADERSHIP: Defines and leads the regional Credit to Cash strategy and end-to-end CTC processes across the North America Food business, including credit, collections and dispute management. Establishes priorities, performance expectations and operating standards that improve cash flow, working capital performance, customer experience and operational effectiveness while supporting business growth objectives.
CUSTOMER DISPUTE & ESCALATION MANAGEMENT: Provides leadership over customer disputes, deductions, invoicing discrepancies and complex customer matters, ensuring appropriate analysis, stakeholder alignment and effective resolution frameworks. Partners with commercial and finance stakeholders to balance customer experience, cash performance and business objectives while addressing escalated and high-impact customer situations.
PERFORMANCE & INSIGHTS: Establishes and oversees Credit to Cash performance metrics, reporting and analytics for senior leadership, enabling informed decision making related to customer risk, collections effectiveness, cash flow and working capital performance. Leads root cause analysis of performance gaps, recurring issues and key business drivers, translating portfolio, risk and cash performance data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive accountability, operational excellence and strategic business outcomes.
TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION: Leads the adoption of digital capabilities, analytics, automation and emerging technologies across Credit to Cash processes, while ensuring effective adoption and utilization of enterprise ERP platforms and standardized system solutions. Drives alignment between process, technology and business requirements to improve scalability, visibility, decision-making effectiveness and overall operational performance.
COLLABORATION: Serves as a strategic partner to commercial, finance and business leadership, providing insights, challenge and recommendations regarding customer risk, cash performance, disputes and working capital opportunities. Collaborates across functions to develop innovative Credit to Cash solutions that support organizational objectives and improve customer experience.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Leads the transformation and continuous process improvement agenda for Credit to Cash, driving standardization, simplification and operating model effectiveness to enhance consistency, efficiency and sustainable business value delivery across the organization.
INDUSTRY EXPERTISE: Ensures the organization remains current with industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging best-in-class standards related to Credit to Cash, credit risk management and customer financial operations, leading the implementation of necessary updates and improvements.
TEAM MANAGEMENT: Leads and develops a high-performing Credit to Cash organization by strengthening leadership capability, succession planning, talent development and organizational effectiveness. Creates an inclusive and collaborative culture that enables teams to perform, grow and deliver business results.
CREDIT RISK GOVERNANCE: Provides strategic oversight of customer credit risk and portfolio management, including risk segmentation, credit exposure, policy governance, control frameworks and escalation management. Establishes governance standards that ensure strong risk management, compliance and portfolio oversight while supporting sustainable growth, customer relationships and working capital objectives.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum requirement of 8 years of relevant work experience; typically reflects 12 years or more of relevant experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Significant leadership experience managing and developing professional teams and leaders within complex organizations.
• Strong professional background in Credit to Cash, Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Working Capital or related finance disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business and commercial stakeholders and influencing decisions across functions.
• Experience leading process improvement, transformation or standardization initiatives in complex regional or global environments.
• Strong understanding of credit risk management, cash flow and working capital drivers.
