Job Purpose and Impact

Fleet Safety Senior Specialist will led the implementation of site fleet safety strategies to achieve business objectives; supported operational units to ensure legal compliance and provided safety education to contractor teams.In this roles, you will identified improvement needed through incident trend analysis and audit outcomes to define site‑specific tactics and strategies.  In this role, you will work with EHS Subcluster lead, EHS site Specialist, Operations,  stakeholders and contractors to achieve Cargill’s goal of ZERO harm.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop strategies in preventing injuries/ill-health associated with operate MPE and Vehicle  for company business  with the scope of Workshop, Fleet Management and Road Management Estate, Mill and Logistics
  • Identify Fleet Safety EHS KPI& Mandatory Program for CTP EHS , in line with International /National Best Practice with the scope of Workshop, Fleet Management and Road Management Estate, Mill and Logistics
  • Act as r technical expert to analyze and resolve specific fleet safety gaps/challenges in site areas.
  • Facilitate specific  EHS audits to monitor the progress and areas that need an improvement.
  • Support EHS Learning and Development team to deliver learning programs in the field of fleet safety
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Engineering/EHS  or equivalent experience
  • In depth knowledge of legislation and business processes in environmental health and safety systems, ecology and environmental protection, industrial safety.
  • Preferable had two years of related work experience
  • Preferable good in English communication.
  • Working in cross-cluster/subcluster team, translating complex situations into simple working solutions, managing complexity, collaborating with all levels of leader and influencing  decision-makers across a matrix organization are required.
  • Should be able to work and adapt in difficult situations, Excellent social and collaborative skills.
  • Ability and willingness to challenge key stakeholders and to gain their buy-in to support change
  • Proven creativity, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrates strong capability in risk analysis through data review and field conditions, with the ability to provide practical recommendations and solutions to operational teams.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including Fleet Operations, RDPO, Workshop, and Estate Operations, to enhance driving safety.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Shows strong capability and high commitment to implementing, executing, and following up on programs and initiatives.
