Title:  Trade Execution Coordinator

Job Purpose and Impact

The Trade Execution Coordinator, under direct supervision, will help coordinate with Internal & External Stakeholders for Vendor Payments. In this role, you will participate in supporting Trade Execution team with different activities in a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities

• Vendor payment & reconcile account statement & prepare/update relevant trackers.
• Vessel Screening, setting up of vessel in ERP & OpenText.
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to verify and comply with all requirements for Vendor Payments.
• Prepare Monthly data of activities handled for PowerBi Dashboard.
• Maintain files for import and export documents to ensure clean Internal/External Audits.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

The role: This role will support US and Canada in trade execution activities, the shift hours for this position is from 5:30pm - 2:30am IST.
