Category:  TRADING
Description:

Cargill is a family company committed to providing food and agricultural solutions to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with producers and customers to source, make and deliver products that are vital for living. By providing customers with life’s essentials, we enable businesses to grow, communities to prosper, and consumers to live well.

This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise, where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior AI Enablement Analyst supports the adoption of GenAI solutions across Trading and Risk Management (TRM), working within Trading Data Analytics (TDA). This role turns enablement plans into day-to-day execution — partnering with users to leverage GenAI tools well, identifying where these tools add value across TRM, running training and support activities, and tracking adoption so the team can see what's working. The Analyst focuses on collaborating closely with traders, analysts, and DT&D partners, and reports to the TRM GenAI Enablement Advisor.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support adoption of GenAI tools (e.g., AI assistants, agentic workflows) through office hours, one-on-one coaching, and troubleshooting. Gather and log user feedback for the product and engineering teams.
  • Deliver hands-on training sessions, demos, and enablement materials — quick-start guides, prompt libraries, use case examples — tailored to different TRM user groups.
  • Support business teams in identifying and documenting GenAI use cases. Gather requirements, capture feasibility and effort inputs, and maintain the use case pipeline for review by the Enablement Lead.
  • Help identify and support a network of GenAI champions.
  • Work with DT&D and business users to test GenAI solutions in trading and analytics workflows, document current-state processes, and flag gaps against governance, risk, and legal requirements.
  • Collect and report adoption and usage data. Maintain dashboards and recurring reporting using established metrics frameworks, and highlight trends for leadership review.
  • Participate in enterprise pilots run with Cargill's GenAI COE and stay current on GenAI tool capabilities relevant to TRM.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent
  • Hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools and the ability to explain their value in plain language
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to small groups
  • Curiosity and a user-centric, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work across teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to commodity trading, risk, or analytics environments a plus
  • Experience supporting digital or AI transformation projects a plus
