Compensation: $26.50/hr; plus shift differential

Principal Accountabilities:
• Direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations of running the production line
• Make process changes to the filler, labeler, as necessary
• Frequently trains or assists other operators on the equipment
• Help replenish raw materials such as a labels, caps, etc.
• Ensures records are maintained and completed according to company and regulatory policies. Perform operator care on the line
• Participate in training, communicate, and follow up on what is needed for the production line to succeed
• Previous production line experience and understanding troubleshooting process is preferred for this position
• Perform oil sampling testing
• Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assign
Required Qualifications:
• Eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship
• Be 18 years or older
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
• Ability to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feets and above)
Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior experience in production related work
