Principal Accountabilities

Line set up pipes, metal detector, pumps, discharge valves, steam injectors, daily paperwork/ scanning
HACCP and SSOP’s
Product Bostwick testing
Changing over washing equipment sanitizing
Cooking products to BOM specifications
Data recording per batch per product

Required Qualifications

Must be able to read and write English

Preferred Qualifications

Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Previous Cargill experience
Work history in the last 12 months
Bilingual in English and Spanish
