About the Fabrication Role
The Fabrication department is where the beef carcass is broken down into primals, sub primals, and boxed product. Employees work in a cold environment, typically 32–40°F, and perform precise cutting, trimming, weighing, and packaging tasks.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Breaking down carcasses into smaller cuts using knives, saws, or other tools
  • Trimming fat, bone, and defects to meet customer specifications
  • Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing, and boxing finished product
  • Working in a cold environment for the entire shift
  • Ensuring all food safety and quality standards are met

 

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Legal to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Meat cutting, butcher, or knife-handling experience
  • Experience in food manufacturing or similar settings
  • Ability to work in cold or refrigerated environments
