This position is in Cargill’s animal nutrition and health business, where we improve animal lives through better nutrition. Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Deputy Lead Customer Service will support customer service activities. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping, including processing complex orders from customers and resolving order issues. Embedded within the team of the globally operating company Cargill, Delacon researches, develops and produces natural feed additives for poultry, pigs, ruminants and aquaculture at its Engerwitzdorf site (Linz area).
Key Accountabilities
- Independently process customer orders
- Prepare export documentation
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Independently resolve customer support and logistics issues, including complaint handling
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities within the scope of responsibilities to improve order processing
- Provide support to team leadership

Qualifications
- Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken (daily work in both languages)
- Relevant professional experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or supply chain
- ERP knowledge (preferably Microsoft Navision)
- Quick comprehension and an independent, accurate, and goal-oriented working style
- Initial experience in team leadership is an advantage
