Job Purpose and Impact
The SSTNA Customer Service Specialist displays a strong customer‑centric mindset and independently manages strategic or advanced customer accounts. This role optimizes moderately complex to complex order and issue management, proactively identifies risk, and partners cross‑functionally to deliver a reliable and differentiated customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Independently manage end‑to‑end order processing for assigned customer accounts using order management tools
- Resolve moderately complex to complex order and issue management cases with limited supervision
- Proactively identify and mitigate order management risks through continuous improvement
- Communicate anticipated delays, constraints, or changes and provide timely alternatives to customers
- Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, and other functions to resolve order exceptions and risks
- Serve as a customer subject‑matter expert (SME) for assigned accounts
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and support process improvements
- Coach or mentor less‑experienced CSRs as needed
- Escalate only the most complex issues appropriately while owning resolution
- Engage with customers and handle escalations for unclear order issues, resolving problems and identifying risks early.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of customer service or order management experience
- Experience navigating complex systems and tools with ease
- Experience in Customer service order and case management process and tools.
- SAP and Salesforce experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B customer-facing roles
- Supply chain experience
