Principal Accountabilities 

• Perform general clerical duties including answering phone calls, managing email correspondence,sorting and filing documents, and scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments
• Maintain and monitor inventory systems such as iPFS and SAP to ensure accurate data entry and transaction processing
• Manage Shipping and Receiving Logs, ensuring timely and accurate posting of Post Goods Receipt and Post Goods Issue transactions in SAP
• Operate MPE equipment for palletizing and scanning products during shipping and receiving processes
• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality standards throughout all shipping and receiving activities
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including dock door and trailer safety requirements, within the shipping area
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the shipping area
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations

Required Qualifications
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read/write/speak English

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous Cargill experience
• Work history in the past 12 months
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction) preferred
