Job Purpose and Impact
- The Associate Professional, Recruiting job executes and delivers recruiting services, supporting full cycle recruiting, sourcing, assessment and selection processes in order to recruit top talent in a cost effective manner and add value to the organization. Under close supervision, this job performs basic and routine recruiting activities, including candidate interviewing, selection and offer processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency while providing an excellent candidate experience and driving the organization's brand as an employer of choice.
Key Accountabilities
- STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION: Supports the development and execution of recruiting strategies by researching and applying understanding of recruiting industry trends and best practices, labor market research, and recruiting tools and technology systems.
- RECRUITING SERVICES: Provides basic and routine full cycle recruiting services including candidate interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- RECRUITING COORDINATION: Coordinates recruiting activities including interview management, correspondence, background screening processes, pre-employment screening, medical review and holds, offer letter preparation and facilitation of new hires.
- LOCAL SUPPORT: Attends local job fairs and maintains rapport within local communities, in addition to assisting with local internal support requests such as onboarding, job bidding processes, attendance tracking, hourly performance management, local recognition plan administration and general employee experience support.
- LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: Ensures recruiting policies and processes comply with legal requirements and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Verbal and Written proficiency in English.
- Ability to support our Schuyler NE location, onsite as needed.
Preferred
- Verbal and written proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience in a manufacturing company or similar.
- Experience in recruitment such as coordinator, outreach, administrative, compliance related work.
- Technology proficiency.
Position Information
- This is an on-site position.
- This role is in Columbus, NE, however, they will support our Schuyler NE location, onsite when needed.
- Relocation assistance will not be provided.
