Job Purpose and Impact

Commercial Specialist will support business growth by developing new business opportunities, managing distributors and key accounts, and introducing products and solutions that address customer needs. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial success.

Key Accountabilities

• Drive business growth by developing new business opportunities and executing commercial strategies
• Lead the development and commercialization of new products, services, and solutions tailored to customer and market needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support commercial objectives and enhance customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while supporting market development and customer engagement initiatives
• Manage distributors (including distributor sales teams), direct accounts, and key accounts
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of three years of related work experience
• Strong Business-level English communication skills, both written and spoken
