Job Purpose and Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on GenAI Engineer to join our team. This role demands a combination of deep technical expertise and strong business engagement skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions while serving as the primary point of contact with business stakeholders. 

Key Accountabilities

• Technical Leadership

  • Design GenAI solutions leveraging technologies like ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Pinecone, OCR, NLP, and Machine Learning models. Proficient with Power Platforms.
  • Develop and integrate web applications with enterprise systems (SAP, ERP, Outlook, APIs, databases).
  • Lead deployment and scaling of solutions using AWS, Python, React, and cloud-native practices.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.

  Business Engagement & Delivery

  • Gather requirements, define solution scope, and conduct feasibility assessments.
  • Demonstrate existing capabilities and propose tailored AI solutions to business stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into technical designs and delivery plans.

  Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Work closely with developers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Drive alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

  Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Generative AI platforms: ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, Copilot Studio, Pinecone
    • NLP, OCR, and Machine Learning frameworks
    • Web development: Python, React, REST APIs
    • Cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and scalable solution design
    • Databases and data platforms
  • Experience in application architecture and solution design.
  • Strong background in integrating enterprise systems (SAP, ERP, Outlook, third-party APIs).
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience creating demos, technical proposals, and solution roadmaps.

Qualifications

• • 3+ years of relevant experience in solution design, development, and delivery. 

  • Prior experience in AI/ML solution development and enterprise integrations. 

  • Experience working in cross-functional technical teams. 

  • Exposure to M365 Copilot and Microsoft ecosystem integrations
