Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Associate will perform end to end Fixed Asset Operational activities such as Project creations, capitalization and disposals of assets, month end activities and Control and Governance on data and process. In this role, he/she will performs the day today FA-Operations and will support to the team/member in increasing the efficiency of the team also contribute to the continuous process improvement on overall process. You be coordinating with stakeholders and reporting teams in resolving their queries, supporting to the team members during high volumes.
This role will support APAC and EMEA regions and hence needs to be flexible with the shift timings.
Key Accountabilities
• Performing end to end Fixed Asset Operational activities such as Project creations, capitalization and disposals of assets, settlement run and month end activities.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with regional capital team and other stakeholders responding to business queries.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Contribute and implement continuous process improvement, including ERP migrations and automation process, improving data integrity, and leveraging current technology.
• Ensure compliance with fixed asset policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Fixed Asset and general accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE, Remedy, Winshuttle).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
