Job Purpose and Impact

  • The Senior Consultant, Identity & Access Management job designs, implements and oversees identity and access management systems within the organization. With minimal supervision, this job ensures secure access to resources, minimizes risk exposure, and maintains compliance with security standards.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identity Governance & Lifecycle Management: Lead and optimize complex identity lifecycle processes by partnering with business stakeholders to ensure secure, efficient provisioning and de-provisioning aligned with operational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Access Management & Authorization Controls: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance identity repositories and authentication frameworks, driving governance improvements and implementing scalable access controls across diverse systems.
  • Access Certifications & Compliance: Partner closely with business to proactively identify risks, enforce compliance, and continuously improve access review processes.
  • Authentication: Serve as one of the key leaders in evaluating and modernizing authentication systems, contributing to the delivery of scalable, secure solutions that align with IAM goals and standards.
  • Privileged Access & Key Management: Provide expert leadership in managing privileged access and cryptographic key infrastructures, ensuring secure handling of sensitive credentials and communications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
